Jobs for a call centre operator: search and quick applications

Banks, online shops, delivery services and mobile operators hire call centre and customer support operators, often with training and remote work. Here is how to find these jobs and apply faster.

What job posts ask for most

Clear spoken and written Ukrainian, often English too
Working with a CRM, tickets and several chats at once
Inbound calls and chats, or outbound calls and sales
Calm under pressure and shift work, sometimes at night
For senior operators: quality control and training newcomers

How to set up filters in AutoApply

Pick the "Customer service" field. Put "оператор", "кол-центр", "підтримка", "чат" in the keywords, mode "at least one". For work from home, tick "Remote".

Stop words in the job title drop what does not fit you: for example "холодні дзвінки" (cold calls) if you do not want phone sales, or "нічні зміни" (night shifts).
