Apply for jobs while you get on with your day
AutoApply looks for jobs on Djinni, DOU, Work.ua and Robota.ua, writes a cover letter for each one and applies with your CV. IT and other fields, Ukrainian and foreign companies. You set the filters and limits, the service does the rest.
How it works
- Upload your CV. PDF or DOCX. You can keep several versions for different roles, and if you have no CV yet, build one in the CV builder.
- Set your filters. Skills, seniority, salary, city and work format. AI fills them in from your CV and you check them. Companies and words you want to avoid go into the stop list.
- Connect the job boards. Djinni and DOU connect through the Chrome extension, no password needed. Work.ua and Robota.ua work right from their search pages.
- Press “Start”. The bot looks for jobs and applies on your behalf, and you read the replies.
What it does
- Only the jobs you want. Stack (all skills or any of them), seniority, salary, city and work format. Title stop words filter out DevOps or QA if that is not what you do.
- Foreign companies. If you know English, turn on one filter. The bot will look for jobs in English that are open to candidates in Europe or worldwide, and write your letters in English.
- A separate letter for every job. AI adjusts your template to the job and greets the recruiter by name. It writes in plain words and never invents experience you don’t have.
- A/B-test your letters. Add 2–3 versions of your letter. The bot rotates them and you see which one gets more replies.
- Application history. Found, sent, viewed, replied. Every application with its letter in one feed.
- Telegram notifications. The bot tells you about each application and reply, sends a daily summary and warns you when a job-board session needs refreshing.
- Pause and limits. Stop the bot with a button on the dashboard, and set your own hourly and daily limits. CV Scorer suggests what to fix in your CV.
- Work.ua and Robota.ua too. The extension takes jobs from a Work.ua or Robota.ua search page and fills in the form with your letter and CV. You press “Send” yourself.
- Works like an app on your phone. Add the site to your home screen and it opens full screen with its own icon. Available in Ukrainian, Russian and English.
- Sends only after your “yes”. In confirmation mode the bot prepares drafts. You read each letter and send it on the site or right from Telegram. A letter with a mistake or a suspicious job waits until you check it.
No CV? Build one here
Fill in the fields and see the PDF as you type. The finished CV appears in “My CVs”, and the bot attaches it to your applications.
- Three designs: modern, classic, compact
- AI rewrites “About me” and your duties in simpler words
- Import from an old CV or a LinkedIn profile PDF
- An English version as a separate file
What happens to your data
- We never get your Djinni or DOU password. You hand over the session yourself through the extension.
- Cookies are stored encrypted (AES-256), so even a copy of the database doesn’t reveal them.
- No more than 10 applications an hour and 50 a day, with pauses in between. The bot doesn’t flood employers in your name.
- If you delete your account, everything goes: CVs, letters, history and sessions.
FAQ
Which job boards are supported?
Djinni and DOU are fully automatic. Work.ua and Robota.ua are semi-automatic because these sites don’t allow bots: the extension takes jobs from the page you have open and fills your letter and CV into the form, and you press “Send”.
Are there jobs at foreign companies?
Yes. Djinni has plenty of companies from different countries hiring remotely or with relocation. Turn on “Only foreign companies and jobs in English” in your filters, and the bot will pick jobs in English that are open to candidates abroad and write your letters in English.
Can my job-board account get blocked?
Job boards are allowed to restrict automated applications. That’s why the default limits are low, the bot pauses between applications and doesn’t pretend to be a person. Start with 3–5 applications an hour.
I don’t have a CV. What now?
Open the CV builder, fill in the fields, pick a design and press “Create PDF”. AI helps with the wording and makes an English version.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. Press Pause on the dashboard, disconnect a job board or delete your account. Each takes effect right away.
How do I prepare for an interview?
Open “AI interview”, pick a job from your applications or paste its description, and copy the prompt into your AI chat. It asks questions for that job and goes through your answers at the end. It’s free.
