Jobs for a logistics coordinator: search and quick applications

Logistics coordinators are hired by transport companies, distributors, factories and online shops: in the warehouse, in the transport department and in foreign trade. Here is how to find jobs in your area and apply faster.

What job posts ask for most

Planning routes and truck loads
Finding carriers, rates, tracking deliveries
Paperwork: waybills, CMR, customs for international transport
Warehouse accounting, a WMS or 1C / BAS, Excel
English or Polish for international logistics

How to set up filters in AutoApply

Pick the "Logistics and warehouse" field. Put "логіст", "експедитор", "ЗЕД", "митне оформлення" in the keywords, mode "at least one".

Stop words in the job title drop what does not fit you: for example "водій" (driver) and "вантажник" (loader), to see office logistics jobs only.

These jobs are mostly on Work.ua and Robota.ua. Those sites do not allow bots, so applications there are semi-automatic: the Chrome extension collects jobs from the search page, the AI writes a letter for each, and you press "Send". That is still several times faster than by hand.

First pick your field of work in the filters. Then the bot leaves IT jobs out, you can set the salary in hryvnias, and the "Open the search for my field and city" button opens the right Work.ua or Robota.ua category in your city.

A short sample letter

The employer reads the first lines, so the letter must be short and concrete. A sample the AI adapts to each job:

"Hello! I am writing about the logistics coordinator position. For four years I have organised transport across Ukraine and to Poland: finding carriers, planning routes, CMR and customs papers, up to 30 trips a week. I work in BAS and Excel."

You can generate your own letter for a specific job for free, no sign-up.
